ON WHAT DATES CAN I USE MY PACKAGE?

Any date, high season, low season or holiday bridges, it will only be necessary to inform us one month before making your trip in low season and two months in high season, the only dates that your package does not apply is; in high season which is from December 20 to January 8.

ON WHAT DATE CAN I USE MY PACKAGE ONCE I HAVE ALREADY CONTRACTED IT?

By covering 80% of your payments you can book your trip to any of our destinations.

IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY OR I WAS AUTHORIZED FOR MY HOLIDAYS AT THE LAST MINUTE, CAN I USE MY PACKAGE, EVEN IF I DO NOT MEET THE TIME STIPULATED TO REQUEST MY RESERVATION?

At SUMMERTRAVEL we know that this can happen and we will do our best to make your reservation so you can take your trip.  However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to book last minute.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM A FIFTEEN LATE?

We know that unforeseen events arise, there is no problem, payments are made.

CAN I ADVANCE PAYMENTS TO USE MY PACKAGE IN A CLOSER DATE?

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH HOTEL I AM ENTITLED TO WITH MY PACKAGE?

The hotels that apply to your contract are 3 or 4 star hotels and we have the list on the website, however, we always look for a better option to give you a better SUMMERTRAVEL experience and in some cases we can grant you up to 5 stars, depending on the season. where you want to travel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT A SPECIFIC HOTEL?

We are a wholesale operator and we have agreements with most hotels, we will do our best to give it to you with your package. Although in some cases  an extra charge may apply.
